THE NEGRO &

"THE AFRICAN-ANGLO COMMONWEALTH"

INTRODUCTION

I shall not deal with the African aspects of Emperor Nero, The Negro's, "African-Anglo Commonwealth." This is because, this narrative is concerned with the "Second European 30 Year War" (2025-2055).

Further, because Emperor Nero, The Negro was Black - he was termed a Black American or African American, in accordance with the references current, at the time, namely, "The Prelude" (1985-2025.)

This entry is written much later, decades later in fact. The "Second European 30 Year War" (2025-2055) - is a distant memory.

The Emperor, was a young man during the time of "The Prelude" (1985-2025) and at that time, the United States had not been completely rent and divided by Civil War. "The Time Of The Age Of The Interregnum" (2025-2046) - with its Planetary convulsions and that strain of Planetary Rulers - the Global Triumvirate, The Anti-Christ and following his demise - The Restoration - The Dictatorix and others... was yet to come.

It is recorded, in the most accurate biography of him - that he had - "grown up and mixed with the hoodlums and hustlers of the Black Consortium." (Oladipo Adegboyega Adelaja, SOTI Collected Works - "The Life Of Emperor Nero, The Negro."

The term "Consortium" - was one which referred to the various facets of the - street based - drug dealing - music oriented - fashion inspired - private armies and gangs - coalitions and cartels.

The drug cartels themselves, eventually broke away - forming a separate - global political organisation and system, which during "The Time Of The Age Of The Interregnum" (2025-2046) - became one of the fixed aspects of global government.

In America, these had developed, during the political and social convulsions, just prior to the "kinetic military aspects" - of "The Second American Civil War" - when the street protests and political factions, engaged the military, to their respective causes.

As a Black American, African American, given his success as a leader, his acceptance as an Emperor, by Africans throughout the Planet, is hardly surprising.

Regarding his official titles, these were - Emperor Nero, The Negro - Conglomoramaton (West Royal) - "West Royal" - referenced his European dynastic claims. The "Conglomoramaton aspects" of his jurisdictional power, included the typical global financial, scientific and technological aspects, of a Conglomoramaton.

His African titles, he grouped together, along with his "Anglo claim" - "The Quarter Part of Old Britain" - which together he named - "The African-Anglo Commonwealth" - reflecting not just "Old Britain," but all the Anglo speaking Peoples of the Planet. These he termed - "A Commonwealth" - reflecting an ancient tradition of global power, jurisdiction and tradition.

THE ORIGINS OF THE AFRICAN-ANGLO COMMONWEALTH

At some point during the "Second European 30 Year War" - the "Old Britain" succumbed. It had played a complex diplomatic game, at the outset of the war, a game which it had played for many centuries, among the European states of Western Civilization.

During the war however, both its diplomatic and political moves, faltered and unsuccessfully expressed themselves militarily. I deal with this complex - diplomatic activity - in a separate event, since it properly falls within the 'Element' - "The Dismantling Of The White Power Matrix."

I can however, briefly state here - that this "dismantling" - had been both observed and commented on, by many historians, geo-political and 'Transc-Geopolitical Analysts' -variously described as - "The Decline Of The West" - or "How The West Was Lost" - "Decline of Empire - Civilizational Erasure."

That last term, finds expression in an American global diplomatic protocol, known as - "2025 National Security Strategy," proclaimed by the United States, then a unified state, during "The Second American Civil War" - by one of the Civil War factions.

This process of Western Civilizational decline, as the "Second European 30 Year War" progressed - was to become, to use an ancient term - "turbo charged."

EUROPEAN ABANDONMENT

The "2025 National Security Strategy" - is often regarded as the document, which sealed - "American abandonment of Western Europe - concentrating the minds of European statesmen and stateswomen alike - this was Western Europe's "Humpty Dumpty Moment" - it could not be put back together again - there was no going back" (Oladipo Adegboyega Adelaja, SOTI Collected Works - "The Second European 30 Year War.")

Again, this document and its related events, is something that is more properly considered, within the 'Element' - "The Dismantling Of The White Power Matrix."

The United States of America (in a state of turmoil) - and "civil unrest" - its president - President Donald J. Trump, as that once pivotal country, divided itself - with one part - under the leadership of a now proto-King. It sought both a new Empire and Civilization - along with a "Golden Age of Americana." Its core were a group of former American and Latin American States and other colonial possessions, within the Western Hemisphere of Planet Earth. It was a White Civilization.

That singular document itself - "2025 National Security Strategy" - was an important factors in this - "turbo charging" - of the "dismantling" of "The White Power Matrix."

"OLD BRITAIN

With regards to the Anglo aspects of the "African-Anglo Commonwealth" - geographically, the "Old Britain" - was divided into four sectors, as the agreement protocols described that isle. Three quarters - had been jurisdictionally allocated to three of his Conglomoramatons - two in the East and the other to his Conglomoramaton in the Western Hemisphere.

The fourth geographical territory, he administered directly. Relatively insignificant in size, he treated this sector, as a Cosmetropolis - one of the many capitals - within his Empire.

Given its geographical location and its history - he fixed the term "Anglo" - to his African territories and for a title, looking back to the ancient world, called this grouping - his "African-Anglo Commonwealth."

Both geographically and in terms of wealth - that quarter of "Old Britain" - did not count for much - indeed much of the geography of the Planet, did not count for much - since much of the Planet had not only been despoiled through neglect, but lay in waste as a result of wars.

CYBERTHERIA

The real power therefore, was Cybertheria - inter-dimensionally attached to the Planet and in that Plane in Cyberspace, the domain of Information Technology - where both Humans and Machines mingled - organic and synthetic intelligences vied - for supremacy - and those Humans, who could not find "immortality bodily" - on the Planetary Plane - lived in an existence forever - in Cyberspace. There was much power and wealth there - more than could ever be obtained and mined, on a by now, quiet Planet.

The Emperor, being a Physical Immortal - inhabited both Planes - the "Third Plane of Planet Earth" and "Cyberspace" - he was both an "Immortal man" and as a result of the "apparatus" he routinely wore - a "Bio-Organic Synthetic Cyborg."

Why I tell you all this is so there is no misapprehension in your mind, as the reader, where the real power lay.

In Cybertheria - there were no such division of territories - as existed on Planet Earth and which was now simply a matter of imperial and administrative convenience - for the Emperor.

In Cybertheria - Cyberspace - he, The Emperor - ruled absolutely.

CONCLUSION

From his Cosmetropolis ("Old Britain") capital - and his possession of the geographical territory anciently known as Africa - he created The African-Anglo Commonwealth. This too became a vehicle for him on all his inter-dimensional planes - in both his military campaigns and diplomatic efforts.

1. These were Planet Earths's 'regional powers' - with each 'Conglomoramaton' dominating a Continent, to which it had been assigned. Their rule within that continental space was Absolute.

The 'Conglomoramatons' were on the face of it, a combination of old style 'TransGeo-Political' - "territorial actors" - relics of old Empire, mega-corporations, which had formed alongside these Empires. There were also the Cyber Space entities and communities - this was the "Simulant community" - those who had opted for a 'computer simulated existence' in Cyber Space - but who were represented through a Council on Planet Earth.

The 'Conglomoramatons,' being the most powerful single entity and being given legitimate authority, dominated "Nation City States," such as COSmetropolis, whom they regarded as 'subjects' or 'clients.'
